What are the characteristics of lined stainless steel pipes?

The so-called lined stainless steel pipe is a common layer of thin-walled stainless steel pipe compounded on the inner wall of a galvanized steel pipe. It is used in many places in daily life as a water supply and home decoration material for high-rise buildings.
Lined stainless steel pipes have good mechanical properties. This is because the inner and outer layers of the pipe are made of metal materials. Therefore, stainless steel pipes have high compression and impact resistance, high tensile strength, high elongation, and large elastic modulus values. And the thermal expansion coefficient is low. It is very suitable for use as riser pipes and underground laying of building water supply.
Secondly, the bonding strength of the stainless steel lined pipe is high. Because the inner stainless steel pipe is inserted into the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe or seamless steel pipe, and then under the action of mechanical force, the galvanized steel pipe is reduced in diameter, and the inner stainless steel pipe is expanded in diameter, resulting in The two layers of metal materials are extremely tightly bonded, and their bonding strength is even higher than the national industry standard of 02MPa or more. And because the inner and outer layers are made of similar materials, there will be no splitting.
The rust and corrosion resistance of lined stainless steel pipes is also excellent. Because stainless steel has chemical properties such as rust resistance, oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and intergranular corrosion resistance, it is basically better than other materials. Lined stainless steel composite pipes are connected with stainless steel pipe fittings. Its scope of application is even wider. In addition to general water supply and heating, it is also suitable for industries with high corrosion resistance requirements such as chemical industry, medicine, petroleum, food, and electroplating.
The pipe is also heat and cold resistant and can be used both hot and cold. The working temperature of temperature-resistant stainless steel material can be as high as 700℃-1035℃. The cold resistance can reach 1 Kelvin (B273℃), and the liquid nitrogen freezer is made of stainless steel. Therefore, the stainless steel composite pipe has excellent heat and cold resistance, and it is suitable for both cold and hot water pipes. It can be used for both cold and hot water pipes.
The diameter of the pipe is large and the resistance is small. The inner stainless steel layer of the stainless steel-lined composite steel pipe is only 3B8mm, so the actual diameter is almost consistent with the specified diameter. And the inner wall is smooth, will not scale, has low resistance and large water flow.
Stainless steel pipes have high working pressure. Lined stainless steel composite steel pipes can ensure that the working pressure is higher than 2.5mpa, which can meet the needs of various building water supply projects.
Stainless steel pipes are easy to install and the process is relatively simple. The installation of stainless steel composite steel pipes is the same as that of ordinary galvanized steel pipes: wire connections below DN100 are used, and groove connections are used above DN100. The process is simple and does not even require special training.
The last point is that lined stainless steel pipes are very cost-effective. The manufacturing cost of lined stainless steel pipes is low, and the thickness of the pipes is ensured to ensure strength. In addition, the installation cost of the pipes is much cheaper than thin-walled stainless steel pipes.
