The purpose of rough polishing is to remove the polishing damaged layer. This step requires a high polishing rate. The surface damage caused by rough polishing is not the first consideration, but it should be as small as possible; the second step is fine polishing, or final polishing. Polishing, the purpose of this step is to remove the surface damage caused by rough polishing and minimize polishing damage.
Before polishing with the automatic polishing machine, the distance between the polishing head and the work surface must be adjusted. In order to have an excellent contact effect and form a good polishing effect. Manual waxing can be used during the polishing process, thereby reducing the cost of stainless steel processing and polishing.
