Stainless Steel Tee

Stainless steel tee is widely used in the piping system as well as steel pipe elbow, both of them can change the fluid direction of the pipeline.

Shape Type:

The equal tee (equivalent tee or straight tee) is utilised as the branch has the same distance across as the run pipe. Equal Tee are equipped for taking care of any high or low weight stream of fluid through it.

Butt weld reducing tee has a branch that is smaller than main run. This allows for branching off to a smaller pipe of equipment from the main run.

Butt weld Tee

Butt weld tee has a 90 degree branch along with a straight pipe, it will provide a connects for to install an additional equipment to a pipeline. With the tee structural, same sides of the ends could be welded to the pipe, 90 branch was left open for weld another pipe or a device.

Socket Weld Tee

Socket weld tee is a kind of high pressure pipe connection fitting. Like the other fittings, it has a trapezoidal area where the pipe can inserted into the tee branch and weld together. It is commonly used in small diameter systems

Threaded Tee

In the manufacturing process, threaded pipe tee has forging and casing process. Forging is formed by heating forging with ingots or round bars, then turning on a lathe to process threads. Casting means that the ingot is melted and poured into the tee model after it is cooled.

Based on socket tee form, the branch end can be threaded to male or female. So there are male tee and female tee, which if the tube with male NPT threads, then the tee shall be with female NPT threads.
