There is no essential difference between the stainless steel industrial welded pipe and our existing 304 stainless steel pipe decorative pipe in terms of specifications and shapes. The main difference lies in the use, because of different uses, the requirements for industrial welding of stainless steel pipes and surface requirements are different;
Industrial welded pipe does not need to be polished because it does not care about the surface, or it is pickled, sanded or blasted. The decorative tube requires a bright surface;

Because industrial welded pipes are useful as fluid pipes with internal pressure, they have higher requirements for welds, and must not leak welds. They must go through water pressure and steam pressure testing procedures, and there is an eddy current flaw detection process;

Because the industrial welded pipe is used as a kit or a fluid channel inside, there are requirements for the smoothness of the inner wall and the smoothness of the weld seam, and the inner leveling or inner polishing process of the weld seam can be done according to customer requirements; while the decorative pipe has no requirements for the inner wall;
Industrial welded pipes generally have a thicker wall thickness, generally above 1.0-4.0, and individual large pipes require 8-10 thick; decorative pipes generally have relatively thin wall thickness, and the common thickness is between 0.25-2.5;
Because industrial welded pipes require higher corrosion resistance than decorative pipes, 304 stainless steel decorative pipes are mainly used, as well as 316, 321, 310, 2205, etc.; while 201 stainless steel pipes still occupy a large proportion in the decorative pipe market;
