However, it will consume a large amount of grinding wheel discs, so it is also suitable for use when the batch size is small.

Although the equipment purchase cost is high, it is very durable and the cut surface is very smooth. The degree of automation in this method is very low and the labor intensity will be relatively high. The metal circular saw method produces good cuts and can cut multiple pieces at the same time. However, the chips easily stick to the tool. Use chrome-plated or nitrided saw blades for cutting. Do not use titanium-plated saw blade tools because many manufacturers In order to obtain high profits, saw blades of poor material are often used for evaporation, causing the cut stainless steel pipes to deform when exposed to heat. Knives need to be sharpened constantly and a special sharpening machine is required. If you are not careful while working, the saw blade will break. Saw blades are quite expensive to use.
Plasma cutting is an automatic plasma cutting machine that cuts very quickly, but there is a large amount of molten and cooled metal residue attached to the inner wall, which is very troublesome to clean. Most plasma cutting generates heat, so the stainless steel pipe port will definitely change color, and parameter adjustment is difficult. Improper use can easily damage the quality of the cut.
The quality of waterjet cutting is better, but the equipment is expensive and the cost of using electricity and consumables is high. Waterjet cutting of stainless steel is not ideal because stainless steel is sticky.
The latter is laser cutting. This cutting method is relatively powerful, has fast cutting speed and good quality, but the equipment is very expensive and is suitable for large-scale processing plants with abundant funds.
