2. Pipe cutting

3. Insert connection
1. Before inserting the pipe fittings, a deep marking line should be made on the pipe first to prevent uninserted clamping.
2. Thoroughly remove the oil and sundries inside and outside the end of the pipe to be inserted, and keep the inner pipe of the inserted pipe clean.
3. Check that the seal cleaning pipeline is complete and the layout is correct. If dusty it must be cleaned and if damaged the seal must be replaced.
4. Insert the fittings slowly along the direction of pipe rotation. If the insertion is tight, wet the fitting and seal with clean water and reinsert.

5. Inspection

6. Cleaning of 316L stainless steel pipe
It is recommended to use 3% potassium permanganate to disinfect the pipeline after installation. It is strictly forbidden to use bleach, etc., and must be cleaned with clean water after disinfection. If it is not put into use in a short period of time, it is necessary to blow out the residual water in the pipeline with compressed air to prevent the corrosion reaction between the free oxygen in the pipeline and other media.
7. Pipeline support installation
The 316L stainless steel pipe can withstand the corrosion environment of 200PPM acid chloride and 2PPM chlorine in aerobic environment. If the bracket is made of carbon structural steel, it is necessary to insulate the pipes to prevent the existence of corrosion potential differences, and the outer wrapping cotton insulation and anti-corrosion treatment. Remember, do not use steel pipe glue and materials containing chloride ions and halogens are corrosive.
