It has effectively replaced the more expensive seamless steel pipes in terms of pipes, decorative pipes, medium and low pressure fluid pipes, etc.
The stainless steel welded pipe itself has two characteristics. One is that small-diameter stainless steel welded pipes are produced continuously online. The thicker the pipe wall, the higher the investment in the unit and welding equipment, and the lower its economy and practicality. The thinner the pipe wall, the lower its input-output ratio; in addition, the process of this product also determines its characteristics. Ordinary welded steel pipes have higher precision, more uniform wall thickness, and high brightness on the inside and outside of the pipe. It can also be customized to any length. Therefore, it shows its good economy and aesthetics in high-precision, medium and low-pressure fluid applications.
The welding characteristics of this type of welded pipe can be divided into automatic welding and manual welding according to the welding process. Automatic welding usually uses submerged arc welding and plasma welding, and manual welding usually uses argon arc welding.
There are many types of stainless steel welded pipes. According to the welding seam style, there are straight seam welded pipes and spiral welded pipes. According to the use, they can also be divided into ordinary welded pipes, heat exchanger pipes, condenser pipes, galvanized welded pipes, etc.

The strength of spiral welded pipes in stainless steel welded pipes is usually higher than that of straight seam welded pipes.
