Advantages of galvanized steel pipe heating in step furnace
Step heating furnace is the most used furnace type in steel pipe heat treatment production line, it has the following advantages:
(1)Fast heating The stepping furnace uses gas or liquid fuel, and the heat transfer mode of the steel pipe is convection and radiation, and the steel pipe in the furnace is in the state of “overhead” uniformly distributed on the fabric beam (fixed beam);
(2)High output The maximum hourly output can reach more than 50t, the stepping furnace is a kind of continuous production furnace, the operation can be fully automated, can handle a wide range of steel pipe size;
(3)Small deformation As the steel pipe is heated in the furnace in a more ideal way, the temperature is uniform, therefore, when the steel pipe is taken out of the furnace, both the curvature and the ellipticity are smaller, creating conditions for quenching and other cooling processes;
(4)uniform temperature of the steel pipe when it comes out of the whole length of the temperature uniformity can reach ± 5 ℃, this is due to the steel pipe in the furnace on the fabric beam in the “overhead” state for heating, and the steel pipe can be rotated to a certain angle for each further step forward;
